Sean has worked in Recruitment and Outsourcing for the last 20 years and has been involved in a number of large value, strategic sourcing deals for multi-national companies including IBM, BT and the RBS group. He has both business development and operational management experience and has lead multi-functional cross border teams in transitioning complete business processes off-shore. |
Gordon has over 25 years Recruitment and HR Management experience and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD. He has international experience and has worked for multi-national companies including Anglo American and the TEK Corporation. He has carried out numerous HR assignments, in a variety of sectors, including Manpower Planning, Training Needs Analysis and has successfully introduced new Personnel Procedures and Systems. Gordon will be responsible for Oil & Gas, Engineering and Administration recruitment. |
